Set in the beautiful garden, the guesthouse boasts a large salt water swimming pool, where guests can laze around and enjoy the sun. Stylish, luxurious accommodation is provided in 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Situated around the pool, all rooms offer shaded garden patios with private access onto the pool deck. Individually decorated, the suites cater for all tastes and needs, from the romantic honeymoon suite, to rooms where corporate guests can utilize free access to the internet.

Five luxurious, individually decorated rooms, with every convenience imaginable, open onto shaded garden patios, right next to the pool deck. Beds are dressed with luxurious cotton percale to guarantee a good night's rest. The rooms all have private entry from a beautifully landscaped garden.All the rooms have lovely, modern en suite bathrooms, with separate showers and baths. Guests have a choice of twin beds, queen and king beds.

Area Attractions

The bustling seaport of Port Elizabeth is often referred to as "The Friendly City" - a term of endearment which is confirmed by hordes of visitors to this beautiful city.

It flaunts an atmosphere of relaxed year round fun, many hours of sunshine, superb weather conditions and a wonderful temperate climate with mild winters. Not only does Port Elizabeth boast with two Blue Flag beaches, but it also offers a wide selection of activities both in and around the city.

Sites and historical attractions

Port Elizabeth was established in 1820 when the British Settlers arrived in Algoa Bay to start farming and commerce in the area. Their influence is very clearly visible in the charming architectural profile of the city.

Wildlife and nature

Several private game reserves are within a two hour radius from the city. Shamwari, Scotia, Amakhala and Lalibela are but a few of many luxury game parks which offer daily safaris with true safari cuisine.

The popular Addo Elephant National Park, home to 450 elephants and home to the big five, is situated a mere 40 kilometers north of the city. Enjoy a day's unforgettable game viewing from your own vehicle or join the friendly rangers in their open safari vehicles.

Whale watching, cruising with dolphins or a sunset cruise with the famous oceanographer, Lloyd Edwards, is a must when visiting PE. Lloyd boasts "best Humpback viewing in South Africa'.

Port Elizabeth itself is home to the famous Sea View Lion farm which is famous for their white lion, Kragga Kamma game reserve which boasts the big 4 and of course the bird watching is wonderful.

Scenic drives

Explore the surrounding areas, within a leisurely 1 hour drive from Port Elizabeth. You can visit the Sundays River Valley from the Sundays River Ferry, which cruises up river where you can watch game and wonderful birds.

Or pay a visit to the famous Jeffreys Bay which is world renowned for its surfing, or even South Africa's greatest treasure, the Baviaans Kloof which is true Africa in all its splendour.
